Approvals / Less chasing. A clear decision.

Stop chasing the work behind every approval.

The draft is in a chat. The sources are elsewhere. Which version did “looks good” approve?

Bring the work, its evidence and your decision into one request. The process waits at the review steps you choose.

Review your own agent’s work, or bring someone else in.

Try it: your agent has compared three coding tools.

Human review · research brief

The next step waits here.

Review the result and its sources. Your confirmed decision determines whether this approval passes.

Waiting for you. Opening a request doesn’t decide it.

No more “which version?”

Your yes belongs to the work you saw.

An approval in a chat can get separated from the draft. Here, the reviewed result, evidence and confirmed decision stay together in the run record.

If the result changes, the old approval cannot stand in for a review of the new work.

The reviewer doesn’t need another tool

Ask for a decision. Skip the account setup.

Add their name and email. They open the request, see the evidence and confirm on the review page. Email-only reviewers don’t need an account.

Before you build

Do I need an approval on every task or tool call?
No. You choose approval steps in the process. Separately, an admin must enable API write endpoints during setup, and only someone with publishing rights can publish a process. These are different controls: enabling a write does not add a human decision to every call.
How does approving from email work?
Add the approver’s name and email. Approve or Reject opens a page with the result and a confirmation action. Opening the link does not decide anything; repeating a decision does not change it. Resending replaces the old link. A misdirected-email report and an opt-out are available. Test runs never email approvers.
Can tasks go to other people or come back for rework?
The app inbox holds assigned tasks and approvals, with evidence beside them. Tasks can go to a person or a group and have due dates. Rejection asks for a reason, and an approval can send the work back to an earlier step for another pass. When a model check is unsure, the step goes to a person to decide.
Can an agent make the approval decision?
Agent-only account keys and run tokens cannot decide approvals. Full tokens act as the person who created them and can decide what that person could. Give full tokens only to an agent you trust to decide for you. A document or an agent’s message cannot create permission or count as approval.

Current pilot limits. Approval reminders, escalation, a setting requiring email approvers to sign in, and approvals inside Gmail or Outlook without opening a page are not available yet.
